AAA-1 Home Inspections

First-time home buyer First-time interaction with an inspector First-time working with Randy Randy is a gentleman and a professional. I found Randy based on his reviews and ratings and he's earned them. I left him a voicemail and sent him an email on a Thursday night, we had multiple phone conversations throughout the day Friday, then met him Saturday morning for the actual services. I hired Randy for a 4-Point, Wind Mitigation, and Full inspection on my first home purchase which is an old house. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered questions I didn't know I should be asking. He inspected this house as if he were buying it for himself, and I appreciate the effort he put in. He also set me the inspection reports needed for insurance the same day. If you are in the market for a house and need inspection services, Randy at AAA-1 Home Inspections has my referral.

AAA-1 Home Inspections provided a very detailed and professional inspection. They carefully examined every part of the property and explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand. Their thorough report gave us confidence in our home-buying decision. Excellent service from start to finish.

Randy recently did a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection for me. He arrived on time and completed the inspections within an hour. It was obvious that he has been doing inspections for many years. He was very professional. My reports were sent to me the same day. He also sent the reports directly to my insurance company. Thanks again Randy!

Randy was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail the entire process. He was honest and gave great recommendations. I’m a first time home buyer, I’m so glad I chose him to inspect my first home. And best of all the home inspection came at a reasonable price where other guys were charging me almost double! Thank you so much Randy you were a HUGE help. Definitely recommend! And will use again in the future!
